Terms of Service

By using the PBE Golf website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders and Payment

• All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not currently accept deposits or part‑payments.
• Your order is confirmed once full payment has been received and accepted by PBE Golf.
• We accept card payments, Revolut Pay, and bank transfer at checkout.
• Revolut Pay is an online checkout option that lets customers pay quickly using their Revolut account or card.

2. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

• Product prices are shown in your local currency where available, using Shopify Markets multi‑currency features.
• For eligible products and destinations (including The Hybrid), all import duties, import VAT and customs‑related taxes are included in the price you see at checkout, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
• Where a price is shown as “Tax included” on the product page or at checkout, the relevant VAT/sales tax is included in the displayed price.

3. Use of Equipment

• Our products are intended for use on golf courses and private property. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and golf‑club rules.
• All users must follow our Safety & Operational Guidelines and Liability Waiver & Safety Agreement, which form part of these Terms and are available on our website.
