At PBE Golf, we stand behind the engineering of every buggy and scooter we sell. Our goal is to keep you on the fairway with minimal downtime.

1. Technical Support & Assistance

Direct support: For any technical queries or assistance, please contact our dedicated support team at support@pbe-golf.com.
Remote diagnostics: We can often resolve issues via email or video call, providing fast and efficient support without needing to move the buggy.

Warranty: We offer a 1‑year warranty on our high‑performance Lithium batteries, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Charging routine: To maximise battery life, we recommend charging the battery after every round—even if you only played 9 holes—rather than running it flat. Best‑practice guidance for lithium golf batteries supports regular shallow charging and avoiding deep discharges.
Storage: Avoid storing your battery in extreme cold (for example, an unheated garage in winter) or in very hot environments for prolonged periods, as this can affect cell health and performance.
Winter maintenance: If you are not playing over the winter months, charge the battery to around 70–80% and store it in a dry, room‑temperature environment. Check it periodically and top it up if the charge drops significantly.

Modular parts shipping: For customers within our shipping regions, we simplify repairs by shipping replacement parts (such as controllers, screens, or cables) directly to your door at no cost under warranty.
Easy installation: PBE Golf units are designed so that many parts can be replaced using basic tools and clear instructions.
Additional assistance: Where a repair requires further expertise, we can provide guidance and, where possible, help you coordinate with a competent local technician.

We maintain an inventory of spare parts for our current fleet, including The Hybrid, The Little 1, Eagle 1, Eagle 2 and Hawk, to help ensure your buggy or scooter is always ready for the next round.
