1. Technical Support & Assistance
- Direct Support: For any technical queries or assistance, please contact our dedicated support team at support@pbe-golf.com.
- Remote Diagnostics: Our team can often assist with issues via email or video call, providing a fast and efficient resolution.
2. Battery Care & Recommendations
- The 2-Year Promise: We offer a 2-year warranty on our high-performance Lithium batteries. To ensure maximum lifespan, we recommend charging the battery after every round, even if it was only a 9-hole game.
- Storage: Avoid storing your battery in extreme cold (such as a garage in winter) or extreme heat for prolonged periods, as this can affect cell health.
- Winter Maintenance: If you are not playing over the winter months, we recommend charging the battery to roughly 70% and storing it in a dry, room-temperature environment.
3. UK & International Support
- Modular Parts Shipping: For our customers in Mainland UK, we simplify repairs by shipping replacement parts (such as controllers, screens, or cables) directly to your door at no cost under warranty.
- Easy Installation: PBE Golf units are designed for straightforward part replacement, often requiring only basic tools.
- Additional Assistance: Should a repair require further expertise, we can provide guidance and help coordinate with local technicians to ensure your unit is serviced correctly.
4. Parts Inventory
- We maintain an inventory of spare parts for our entire fleet, including the Handy 1, The Little 1, Eagle 1, Hawk, and Scooters, to ensure your gear is always ready for the next round.
