Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Golf Buggies & Scooters

  • Orders for golf buggies and scooters (including The Hybrid, Little 1, Eagle 1, Eagle 2 and Hawk) are paid in full at checkout.
  • Due to the specialist nature of these products, buggies and scooters are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once dispatched, except where required under applicable consumer law (for example if the product is faulty or not as described).
  • If you believe your buggy or scooter is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue under our warranty and support process.

2. Standard Items (Gloves, Bags, Accessories)

  • We offer a 30‑day return policy on standard gear and accessories (for example gloves, bags, headcovers, towels, tees and other accessories).
  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

3. Damages, Issues and Warranty

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • PBE Golf provides a 1‑year warranty on Lithium batteries and a 1‑year warranty on all other buggy/scooter components, as set out in our Liability Waiver & Safety Agreement.

4. How to Start a Return (Standard Items)

  • To start a return for eligible standard items, please email us at support@pbe-golf.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Returns should be sent to:

5. European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

  • For standard merchandise shipped into the EU, you also have a 14‑day statutory cooling‑off period from the day you receive your goods, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, in line with EU consumer law.
  • You may exercise this right by contacting us within 14 days of delivery. Items must then be returned in accordance with the conditions above (unused, in original packaging).

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved.
  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
