Safety & Operational Guidelines
The PBE Commitment
At PBE Golf, your safety and enjoyment on the course are our top priorities. Our golf buggies and scooters are engineered for professional performance and convenience - they are not toys. Responsible operation is essential to ensure a safe experience for yourself, others, and the golf course.
Core Operating Rules
Age Requirement: PBE vehicles should only be operated by individuals over the age of 16.
Single Operator: The Eagle 1 and Handy 1 (in stand-on mode) are designed for a single operator only—do not allow additional riders.
Sober Operation: Never operate a buggy under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as this impairs judgment and reaction time.
Speed Control: Always drive at an appropriate speed, adjusting for terrain, visibility, and tight turns.
On the Fairway
Hazard Awareness: Stay alert for other golfers, course staff, and stationary buggies.
Course Respect: Keep all vehicles at least 10 feet away from tees, greens, bunkers, and water hazards.
Approved Paths: Follow all golf course signage and remain on designated buggy paths where required.
Terrain Safety: Avoid driving through deep mud, standing water, or loose gravel that could affect stability.
Parking & Maintenance
Secure Parking: Always park on level ground and engage the parking brake before stepping away to prevent rolling.
Operator Responsibility: Operators are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicles during use.
Care & Charging: Ensure regular maintenance and battery charging are performed according to the specific manufacturer guidelines for your model.
Play Safe. Enjoy Your Round.
Following these guidelines ensures a safer experience for everyone, protects the golf course, and keeps your PBE vehicle in peak condition.
