Golf Buggy Waiver and Release of Liability

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING PBE GOLF - GOLF BUGGIES

By using a PBE Golf - Golf Buggy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk

I understand and accept that using an electric golf buggy involves inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions, tipping, equipment malfunctions, and other potential hazards that may result in injury, damage to property, or death.

Health and Safety Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically capable of operating the electric golf buggy safely and responsibly. I agree to adhere to all operating instructions provided by PBE Golf Ltd and any additional safety guidelines established by the golf course or location of use.

Insurance Requirement

I acknowledge that I am responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate insurance coverage for the PBE Golf Eagle Golf Buggy. This includes any insurance required to use the buggy on golf courses or in public areas. PBE Golf Ltd does not provide insurance for individual users, and I assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.

Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless PBE Golf Ltd, its employees, representatives, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my use of a PBE Golf Eagle Golf Buggy, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless PBE Golf Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from my misuse or negligence while operating the electric golf buggy.

Equipment Condition and Responsibility

I agree to inspect the equipment before use and promptly report any damage or issues. I understand that I am responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement in the event of damage caused by my improper use.

Compliance with Local Rules

I agree to operate the PBE Golf Eagle Golf Buggy in compliance with all local rules, regulations, and golf course policies.

Age and Competency Requirement

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and possess the necessary competency to safely operate the electric golf buggy.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and/or using a PBE Golf - Golf Buggy, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver and release of liability.

By proceeding to use a PBE Golf Eagle Golf Buggy, you confirm acceptance of the above terms, including the requirement to have adequate insurance coverage.
